NPU Journal

The Journal is an NPU periodical showcasing student and faculty reasearch and development activities. This academic journal is published upon release by the editor and does not follow a specific publication schedule. NPU research activities by faculty members and students have been effectively conducted through the use of three major vehicles on campus to achieve its stated goals. These R&D vehicles are:

A. Technology and Business Development Practicum Laboratories. Six practicum laboratories are in place to concentrate on our research and technology focus. They are:

  1. The CAD/Chip Design Practicum lab
  2. The Embedded Systems and FPGA Practicum Lab
  3. The Business Practicum Lab (Oracle & SAP)
  4. The Networking and Wireless Communication Practicum Lab
  5. The EE/MatLab Practicum Lab
  6. The Communication and Language Practicum Lab

B. The Technology and Business Development Exchange Forum

  1. Weekly Scheduled Professional Seminars
  2. NPU Academic Journal Publications
  3. Intercollegiate Exchange Seminars/Workshops

C. The NPU Industry and Cooperative R&D programs

  1. On-campus faculty incubation programs
  2. Student on-campus R&D internship activities
  3. Company-sponsored R&D internship opportunities
