In addition to your study and college life on campus, you may wish to gain practical work experience in the US setting. Apply for on campus work as a teaching assistant (TA), learning assistant (LA), or administrative assistant (AA), or an intern, work on short-term projects with the administrative staff or a faculty member, can be enlightening to your career development.
