To reserve a room for short-term use by you or your guests (walking distance to NPU), you must inform us 5 days before your guest check in.

The rate is for per night and occupanay tax is not included. You do need to pay to the hotel directly.

If you need to change the Check-In or Check-Out date, you must inform NPU Housing staff 3 days prior by email. NPU will not be responsible for changes without receiving any information. You will be responsible for any fees incurred due to schedule changes without advance notice.
