before Christmas to develop a sister school collaboration for a joint MSEE degree program. An academic articulation agreement was signed.

Vice–rector Dr. Nguyen Tuan Ahn from Nguyen Tat Thanh College, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam visited NPU recently. The academic collaboration
between Nguyen Tat Thanh College and NPU was signed to include a joint MBA degree program through online/e-broadcasting methods for NTTC staff and affiliate members.
