5/6/07: 2007 Spring NPU Table Tennis Tournament

Mr. Siwei Liang and Mr. Jerry Wang won the doubles championship of the 2007 Spring NPU Table Tennis Tournament. This was their second time as champions in NPU Table Tennis Tournaments. Mr. Siwei Liang and Mr. Jerry Wang are NPU Alumni and former members of the NPU Table Tennis Team from 2000 to 2002.

The 2nd Place doubles were Mr. Kevin Zhu and Mr. Johnny Zhang. Mr. Kevin Zhu is an NPU Alumni and former member of the NPU Table Tennis Team from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Johnny Zhang is a current MBA student at NPU.

The 3rd Place doubles were Mr. Mozhi Yu and Mr. Peiliang Gao. The 4th Place doubles were Mr. Tom Xian and Mr. Andrew Tu.

Congratulations to the 1st to 4th Place players and all of the participants. The NPU Table Tennis Tournament has become one of the most important sports events on the NPU campus.

During the tournament, we also invited Ms. Renee Hu, former World University Game Champion, and Ms. Jiaqi Zheng, current Top 7 Ranking Player in the U.S. to play an exhibition.

Hiking in the Redwood Regional Park

About 30 members of the NPU Hiking Club went to Redwood
Regional Park on March 23. It was a beautiful day and they enjoyed a
3.7-mile loop hike through the redwoods.
